*Items included with barn/stall rentals include water, electricity, manure fork, shovel, rake, and wheel barrel. Visitors are required to provide their own feed, feeding/watering buckets, bedding, and lock if preferred. Also visitors must clean the stall and or stalls upon departure. In order to keep the facility clean, well maintained and keep prices low, a $15.00 fee per stall will be charged if not cleaned upon departure! As referenced above all stalls are equipped with lockable gates. Although we do not believe locks to be necessary, we do respect that some may have concerns for their horses safety and security. If so, please make sure to bring a lock as we do not provide them.
