Rates are $175.00 per night up to 4 people, adults over 4 is $20.00 per person per night, children under 12 years old $5.00 per person per night. Cleaning fee $50.00. Holidays – 3 Night Minimum for: New Years, Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
