Laurel Fork Rustic Retreat Barn/Stalls

Our safe, and secure barn/stalls features six 10’ x 10’ stalls with public water, electricity, four 8’ hitching posts, lockable gates, and is located in our private gated retreat.

Rates are $11.00 per night per horse. No Stallions (Stud Horses) allowed, NO exceptions.

Items included with barn/stall rentals include water, electricity, manure fork, shovel, rake, and wheel barrel. Visitors are required to provide their own feed, feeding/watering buckets, bedding, and lock if preferred. Also visitors must clean the stall and or stalls upon departure.

In order to keep the facility clean, well maintained and keep prices low, a $15.00 fee per stall will be charged if not cleaned upon departure!

As referenced above all stalls are equipped with lockable gates. Although we do not believe locks to be necessary we do respect that some may have concerns for their horses safety and security, if so please make sure to bring a lock as we do not provide them.

Our lots (plat map) and cabins can belong to people like you that love the majestic beauty of the mountains. You can own a cabin now to enjoy as often as you like and retire to later.
